Cancellation & Refund Policy


Things come up, we get it!

Kids get sick, birthday parties happen on weekends, and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to appropriately forecast our staffing needs for the upcoming weekend.

There is a $25 dollar cancellation fee to cover administrative costs, as we will need to reimburse scheduled employees even if your child is not present. This fee will be waived if you choose to reschedule your lesson instead of requesting a refund.

We will post school-wide cancellations to our Facebook page as well as update customers who provide their email at registration. We typically do not cancel until the morning of, as we rely on an administrator completing an in-person assessment instead of the weather man.

If a scheduled class has been cancelled, either by you or by us, you can move your reservation to a later date in the season. There is no rescheduling fee.

Unused lessons at the end of each season are non-refundable.

Should you choose to cancel remaining lessons, you will be refunded the value of the outstanding lessons but not the lessons already used.
