Cancellation & Refund Policy
Things come up, we get it!
Kids get sick, birthday parties happen on weekends, and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate.
If you need to cancel, please let us know 24 hours before your lesson. This allows us to appropriately forecast our staffing needs.
(Friday at 10am for Saturday lessons and Saturday at 10am for Sunday lessons)
If you no-show for a lesson, there is no refund.
There is a $25 dollar cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
We will post school-wide cancellations to our Facebook page as well as update customers who provide their email at registration. We typically do not cancel until the morning of, as we rely on an administrator completing an in-person assessment instead of the weather man.
Unused lessons at the end of each season are non-refundable.
No show – No Refund 100% 24 hour cancellation policy
In the case of an injury that prevents participation in a program, a pro-rated refund may be given for the missed program dates with a doctor’s note to verify the injury preventing participation.
We do not accept cancellations due to weather, as this is a winter sport. Please call our registrar if you are concerned about conditions and would like to reschedule your child’s lesson to set them up for a more enjoyable experience.
